Life of awareness

Life is too short to be wasted. Every minute, every second of the day once wasted is gone and will never come back in life.

The only way to live your life fully is to live a life of awareness, being aware of the ‘now’, the present. Wherever you are, whatever you are doing, whomsoever you are with be aware, be fully present.

Awareness can be brought into your life by practising silence, by staying in mindfulness, stopping the unwanted chatter of the mind, which helps in bringing peace and calm into your life.

The more you practice silence and mindfulness, the more you get to live a life of awareness.

Once you start living a life of awareness of your present, you realise that you are never short of time. You are aware of your time being spent in the now rather than being wasted in thinking of the past or the future.

With awareness you definitely have a lot of time added to your life and you get to live a more fulfilled life.
