Mindfulness & Meditation
Mindfulness or the so called Meditation is the regular practice of resting the mind which otherwise is constantly on the move. It’s like experiencing Silence.
Anything we do which is not in sync with the nature of human body lets us improve a step up the next level. Like when we rigorously work out against the natural desire of human body to rest, we see magical transformations in human beings ( all of us have already seen many Spartans in our surroundings).
Similarly when we allow our continuous chattering mind against its natural inclination of being busy, to rest peacefully – staying in silence and solitude, it gives a major boost to our mental abilities, which help us cope up during High Stress-situations.
Mediation is the simple practice of staying silent, quieting the mind, focusing on single object or mantra.
For best results, practice meditation early morning for 5 to 20 minutes. Remember Meditation gets difficult when you try to meditate, you cannot meditate, meditation just happens on its own, it’s an experience of bliss, of silence, of nothingness.
Simply ‘be’, experience and observe the world around you as an outsider, only observe without any judgement or reaction.
For best results meditate twice a day.
